9weiket Terms & Conditions – Member Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 9weiket ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("Member", "you"). By using the 9weiket website and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions of key terms used in these Terms & Conditions:

• "Platform" — The 9weiket website (9weiket.app) and all related services.

If fraud is suspected or identity verification is required, 9weiket reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process. In such cases, the member will be notified within 24–48 hours.

9weiket offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated alongside the offer. General bonus terms are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 20x to 35x the bonus amount generally applies. The exact figure is stated in each offer's details.
• Validity: Most bonuses have a fixed validity period — typically 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire once this period ends.
• Play Restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific games or categories.
• Single-use: The same member may not use a bonus code or offer more than once.

9weiket reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage is detected, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be voided.

The following rules apply when betting and gaming on 9weiket:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed. In live betting, if the cash-out feature is available, a bet may be settled early subject to specific conditions.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical issue or server outage, 9weiket reserves the right to refund the stake amount.
• If a Sports Betting event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, 9weiket's decision shall be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9weiket:

• Introducing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack against 9weiket's systems.
• Harassing or abusive behaviour toward other members or 9weiket staff.

Members who wish to close their account may email support@9weiket.app. Account closure requests may take 3–5 business days to process. Any remaining balance will be available for withdrawal before the account is closed.

9weiket may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Access from a prohibited country or region.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

Setting up self-exclusion allows a member to block access to 9weiket for a specified period or permanently. Requests to reinstate access while self-exclusion is active will not be accepted.

9weiket firmly believes that betting and gaming should be a form of entertainment. We encourage all members to play responsibly. To support this, 9weiket offers the following features:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
